Hello! I’m Sandra, and my goal is to help clients become financially independent and make decisions that provide long-term financial freedom.
After many years of experience in the banking sector in Croatia and later in Germany, I decided during my parental leave to establish my own financial agency. Within a short period of time, the agency developed very successfully, achieved a high volume of financing transactions and became one of the strong performers in the market. This led to a close cooperation with Deutsche Bank, whose structure we were temporarily part of. I subsequently worked as an Agency Manager at Deutsche Bank.
I believe that everyone deserves financial security and has the opportunity to achieve it. As an independent financial agency, we support our clients in making their dream of owning a home a reality, optimizing their financial and tax situation, and investing strategically in real estate to build long-term wealth – always with solutions from across the market and the best possible financing terms.
Marijan Tucakovic
Discipline, Strategy and Long-Term Thinking – In Sport, Finance and Real Estate
Sport has shaped the way I approach both life and business: with discipline, consistency and a clear focus on long-term goals. Before entering the financial sector, I studied kinesiology and spent many years in competitive football, including playing at professional level in Croatia.
Today, I bring the same mindset to financial consulting. As a financial advisor, I support our clients in finding suitable financing solutions, from personal and car loans to refinancing. In addition, one of my main areas of responsibility is investment property consulting, where I help clients evaluate suitable properties and coordinate the process together with our financing and real estate partners.
For me, good financial advice is not about finding a quick solution. It is about understanding the client's situation, comparing the available options and making decisions that still make sense many years from now. As an entrepreneur, investor, husband and father of two children, I know how important it is to combine financial opportunities with long-term security.

Hello and welcome! I’m Vera, and I support our clients with mortgage financing and personal loans. My goal is to make financing understandable, transparent and as straightforward as possible – even when the individual situation is more complex.
Every client has different plans, priorities and financial circumstances. That is why I take the time to understand your individual situation and carefully examine the available options before we decide on a financing solution together. Personal support is particularly important to me, from the first consultation through to the completion of the financing process.
I also offer flexible consultation appointments and, whenever possible, adapt to the schedules of my clients. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog and staying active through sports – the perfect balance that gives me energy for my work and for the people I advise.
